By placing an order with AirCorps Depot (“Seller”), the purchaser (“Buyer”) agrees to the following terms and conditions, which govern all sales of goods and services unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
1. Acceptance of Orders
All orders are subject to acceptance by Seller. Quoted prices and availability are subject to change without notice. Seller reserves the right to reject any order, in whole or in part, at its sole discretion.
2. Pricing and Payment
- All prices are in [USD] unless otherwise stated.
- Payment terms are prepayment for all online orders. If you wish to establish terms or submit a PO, Please contact sales@aircorpsdepot.com
- Accepted payment methods include card, paypal, and select digital wallets.
3. Shipping and Delivery
- Shipping terms are FOB Origin (Ex-Works), unless otherwise specified.
- Risk of loss passes to Buyer upon delivery to the carrier.
- Delivery dates are estimates and not guaranteed. Seller is not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs, or other third parties.

It is the Buyer's responsibility to verify condition codes meet their requirements prior to purchase.
5. Returns and Cancellations
- All returns must be pre-authorized and accompanied by a valid Return Material Authorization (RMA).
- Standard return period is 30 days from invoice date.
- Returns may be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
- Cancellations after shipment are not accepted.
- Some items (e.g., electrical components, special orders, AR/NM parts) are non-returnable.

6. Warranty
- Warranty periods vary based on condition and are stated at time of sale.
- Seller warrants only that the goods conform to the description on the invoice or packing slip.
- Warranty is void if goods are misused, improperly installed, or altered by the Buyer.
- Seller is not responsible for any labor costs, downtime, or consequential damages.
7. Export Compliance
- Buyer agrees to comply with all applicable U.S. export laws and regulations, including ITAR and EAR.
- Buyer certifies that parts will not be shipped or re-exported to prohibited countries or end-users.
- Export documentation will be provided where applicable; Buyer is responsible for ensuring compliance at their location.
8. Limitation of Liability
- Seller's total liability for any claim, whether in contract or tort, shall not exceed the purchase price of the specific item giving rise to the claim.
- Under no circumstances shall Seller be liable for incidental, indirect, or consequential damages.
9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
- This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of MN, USA.
- Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in United States of America, Minnesota.
- Buyer consents to the jurisdiction and venue of said courts.
10. Force Majeure
Seller shall not be liable for failure to perform due to causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, labor disputes, supply chain disruptions, war, or government actions.
11. Entire Agreement
These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between Buyer and Seller and supersede any prior agreements, oral or written.
