4002-9 is a Camloc 4002 series heavy-duty 1/4-turn stud with a slotted head. It engages a mating grommet and receptacle with a quarter turn, giving quick, tool-free access to cowlings, inspection panels, and access doors on WWII and vintage aircraft.
