FA6-1/2-100 is a Dzus Type FA flush/countersunk head stud with a 13/32" body diameter and 1" length. Locks with a quarter-turn into a mating Type S6-1/2 spring. Used on cowlings, access panels, and engine covers on WWII and vintage aircraft.

Selecting Length: Add panel thickness + grommet height + clearance + spring height, then subtract spring deflection. Choose the stud with "L" dimension nearest to that value.
