These J4277-1 - Mounts were produced by Lord Corporation. We are offering them in NS condition. This later J4277 series mount can be used as a replacement for the G300 and H-1002 mounts commonly found on WWII era cowl mounts and links by a variety of aircraft manufacturers.
These mounts were used most frequently on Grumman aircraft such as the FM-2 / F4F Wildcat, TBM Avenger, F6F Hellcat, F7F Tigercat, F8F Bearcat, and even the Stinson L-5. They were sometime referred to in manuals by the stock number R42-I-555. The G300 mount superseded part number SP488.
