Robertshaw R-4310 P-51 Oil Coolant Door Actuator. Overhauled with 8130 paperwork and ready to go! North American Aviation finish and markings.

Part Type: Oil Coolant Door Actuator.
Part Features: Overhauled with Yellow Tag - Completely disassembled, cleaned and degreased. Parts are inspected for serviceability, and replaced as necessary. Overhaul "kit"parts that are replaced on every unit include; motor brake cork disc, oil seals, grease retainer and gaskets. All electrical switches and contacts are cleaned. Solder joints are inspected and resoldered if required. Adjustments for brake disc gap, thermostat switch gap, interrupter switch gap, follow-up screw height, armature shaft end play and limit switch activation point are made to service manual specs. All finishes are evaluated and if condition warrants, repainted or replated as applicable. Missing decals are replaced.

DETAILS: R-4310 includes a yellow tagged X-366 Diastat

The diastat is cleaned, tested and refilled with correct fluid (chemical analysis of fluid determined that the liquid is different between diastats). Diastat actuator drive shaft stroke length and travel time are measured on test bench. Hot oil bath calibration procedure is performed with the actuator and diastat pair that will ship together. 
 
Units that are ready to ship are tested on a recurring schedule to assure they stay in spec.
