The AC811-BT is the coupling nut for the three-piece AC811 flared tube system (fitting, AC811-T sleeve and BT nut), the pre-AN Army Air Corps standard that AN fittings replaced during WWII. In the -6 size the AC811 thread is 9/16-20 while the AN818-6 is 9/16-18, so AC811 and AN nuts are not interchangeable in this size.
