The AC811HT2D is an aluminum alloy flared tube union from the pre-AN Army Air Corps AC811 flared tube fitting system, used with AC811-BT nuts and AC811-T sleeves. The AN counterpart is the AN815. In the -2 size AC811 and AN tube threads are the same (5/16-24) and T.O. 00-25-29 lists the fittings as interchangeable, except that an AN nut may not be used on an AC811 fitting.
