The AC811HT5D is an aluminum alloy flared tube union from the pre-AN Army Air Corps AC811 flared tube fitting system, used with AC811-BT nuts and AC811-T sleeves. The AN counterpart is the AN815. In the -5 size AC811 and AN tube threads are the same (1/2-20) and T.O. 00-25-29 lists the fittings as interchangeable, except that an AN nut may not be used on an AC811 fitting.
